Please be advised of the following requirements.
• Travelling expenses and accommodation (if required) must be paid for by the client if outside the Sydney Metropolitan area.

• Refreshments are to be made readily available at all times during a performance.

• If possible, access to the function location must be granted so that the dancers can assess their routine in advance.

• The dancers reserve the right to refuse to perform under wet and dangerous weather or facility conditions.
